So we went out and sourced a specialised menu, designed by an Australian chef who has worked in numerous 5 star restaurants across the world. Our menu is unlike any other menu available within our region. The meals range from Indian curries to Italian handmade pasta’s, traditional Indonesian cuisine and of course our own local El Salvadorian specialities. With a full 3 course menu, private 3 course buffets and a private dining and bar experience.
Our Drinks menu has been designed by our chef and includes freshly squeezed juices, smoothies and fruity herb infused water’s. We can ensure that you stay hydrated with the best quality drinks that mother nature can provide. Our 3 course buffet’s are 5 Star standard and provided to group’s with a private dining experience in our sky lounge dining room which includes a private bar, private bar tender and a roof top view which overlooks the native rainforest, mountains. The views and dining experience during sunset and twilight are incomparable to any other resort within the region.
